Woodlands School
Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Mission:

To provide events and programs that foster the community of students, school faculty and parents/guardians who are associated with Woodlands School. This includes fund-raising for student activities, providing speakers for parent gatherings, and organizing social events for families.

Membership:

All parents/guardians of the students of Woodlands and school staff are eligible to be members. 

Fees:

The PTO fee is collected by the PTO and distributed for different events/programs/field trips throughout the school year.

Meetings:

All parents/guardians and school faculty are welcome to attend PTO meetings. The meetings are an opportunity to plan upcoming events/programs and to discuss issues concerning PTO.

Officers:

The officers for the school year include Co-chairs, Treasurer and Secretary.

Fund Raising:

The PTO conducts fund-raising events to provide additional financial support to the programs and activities of the school.  It is the goal of the PTO to provide activities for the students, parents/guardians, and school staff that enhance the curriculum, extracurricular activities and the school community at large.
