Objective: Define, embrace and disseminate our model.

Objective: Improve and expand our curriculum to advance our mission and vision.

Objective: Attract and retain quality faculty and staff.

Objective: Enhance our technology to enable students, faculty and staff to meet 21st Century learning needs.
 
5. FACILITIES
Objective: Create a physical environment that enables us to optimize use of our current facility.
 
6. OUTREACH
Objective: Connect and communicate with all stakeholders – parents, staff, alumni, community.
 
7. BOARD DEVELOPMENT
Objective: Recruit board members with a diverse array of experience and capacity.

Objective: Diversify our funding sources to accomplish our objectives.

Goal 1 – Improve student overall academic skills by updating and coordinating the social studies curriculum.
Goal 2 – Improve student overall academic skills by updating and coordinating the science curriculum.
Goal 3 – Promote character education and instill a sense of social responsibility throughout the entire Woodlands community
Goal 4 – Complete the short-term renovations for the school.
Goal 5 – Assess and realign administrative duties for the school.
Goal 6 – Update the strategic plan for Woodlands.
